Shipping Methods

If the order amount is over 10,000 rubles, delivery by courier in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road is FREE of CHARGE. If the order amount is less than 10,000 rubles, delivery by courier in Moscow is 500 rubles.

If the order amount is more than 20,000 rubles, it is left by courier in Moscow (within 15 km from MKAD) and the Moscow Region (outside 15 km from MKAD) - FOR FREE. If the order amount is less than 20,000 rubles, delivery by courier in the Moscow region will be 500 rubles plus 50 rubles for each kilometer.

Delivery to other regions of the Russian Federation is carried out by transport companies. Delivery to the transport company with a minimum order of 3,000 rubles is free of charge.

Delivery to the transport company is carried out after receipt of 100% payment of the order. We deliver to all transport companies with representative offices in Moscow. All services of transport companies required to deliver the order to the recipient, including check-in at the territory of the transport company, rigid packaging, cargo insurance, etc. are paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the order.

Terms and conditions of delivery

Delivery is carried out up to 5 days from the date of receipt of payment for the order.
The deadline is set for delivery in Moscow or to a transport company in Moscow.
Pickup is carried out on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 after payment of the order.

Please note that from the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer, or his authorized representative, or the first carrier (transport company), we are not responsible for the safety of the cargo and the quality of delivery. The product is fragile, liquid, a lot of glass, something may well be damaged or spill. In order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure maximum safety of your cargo, please order additional services such as: crate of goods or pallet board. This will ensure the safety of the product.

Claims regarding damage or theft of goods during transportation by the carrier (transport company) or an authorized representative of the Buyer are not accepted for consideration.

We recommend that in the cold season you choose to ship the goods with a certain temperature regime, which is carried out only upon your prior request.
